• Phone number (optional, for agent contact preferences)
• Saved property searches and favourites
• Property listing details (for agents/advertisers)
• Communications with Linkin support

• Create and manage your account
• Display personalised property listings and search results
• Send you property alerts you have subscribed to
• Process and display agent listings
• Improve the Platform through analytics
• Communicate with you about your account and our services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

• Agents you choose to contact (your name and chosen contact method only)
• Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements

5Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7Cookies

We do not track you. We do not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. The Linkin mobile app does not use analytics or advertising cookies. On the linkin.ug website we use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and, only if you choose "Accept all", anonymous analytics to understand how the website is used. You can change this at any time by clearing your cookies or through your browser settings.

8Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure data storage via Supabase, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or Platform notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
